Born in 1961 in Chicago, L.Kapson has been writing and drawing for over 50 years. With an extensive background in graphic design, illustration and production sound recording for motion pictures, episodic television and commercials. A Columbia College graduate with the loan scars to prove it, he began recording rare Italian instruments in 2002 in collaboration with The Stradivari Society and Geoffrey Fushi. Producing, Directing, Recording and Editing hundreds of hours of violin master classes, recitals and three feature films. He counts the biggest challenge in life as an ongoing exercise in creativity with a personal ambition being “To Understand”.
